As such, we provide many sample stage options, custom designed in-house, to ensure your films are exactly what you need.

Theris SMPL Range

The SMPL range at Theris include the following options;

• Continuous rotation – 0-30 rpm
• Stepper driven rotation for multi sample selection – up to 
• Heating from ambient up to 600c
• DC bias up to 1000v 
• RF bias 300w
• Peltier heating/cooling from -20 to 150C with rotation 0-30 rpm
